Cultured Milk
Cultured Milk

An important ingredient in cheesemaking, cultured milk is milk that's been fermented with lactic acid bacteria. The fermentation process preserves freshness while enhancing taste and improving digestibility. There is evidence that fermented milk products have been produced since around 10,000 BC.

Disodium Phosphate
Disodium Phosphate

Making cheese would be difficult without disodium phosphate - the sodium salt derived from phosphate rock in the earth. It acts as an emulsifier that keeps fat and water from separating during the cheese-making process. This helps us get the richest and creamiest cheese possible. Disodium phosphate has been used in cheese production since 1895.

Annatto
Annatto

Annatto is another natural coloring, coming from the seeds of the achiote tree. It imparts a lovely orange color.

Chickpea Protein

Gluten-free pasta by goodles
I was very excited to try this product because I absolutely love the macaroni and cheese. Well upon boiling this, it turned out very soggy and it fell apart. I don't know if I did something wrong. I boiled the water, put little salt in it because I was always brought up to do that. Well so the noofles don't stick together, but it turned out to be a big mush. I went ahead and boiled other noodles to use this with it to make pasta with ground chicken and spaghetti sauce. I'm very disappointed because I wanted it to stay together and not mush up the way it did. So it's very hard to taste it. It didn't have a very good flavor.

Noodles
I'm not sure why everyone suddenly hates gluten. The actual diseases that prevent you from eating gluten are quite rare. I think people just don't like the word. Meanwhile, I like my gluten. This product is fine for a gluten-free pasta and if you're one of the rare people who actually need to eat that this will do you okay. For everybody else, get over it you grew up on gluten as did your ancestors and everybody all across the world.

Good except for GMO corn
I really like Goodles products on the whole. This gluten-free pasta cooked up nicely and had very good taste and texture for GF pasta. I’m only docking it a star because there are many other GF pasta options out there that use organic ingredients. Unfortunately, the main ingredient in this one is conventional corn, which is somewhat surprising for this brand. It is likely GMO since there is no indication to the contrary.
★★★★★
Expensive but high quality
The first thing that I noticed about this product was the pink packaging. It was so fun and different that it made me instantly want to buy the product just for that alone. I was impressed with the taste of the product along with the protein. I noticed that they soaked up the pasta sauce well also. The only negative thing that I would have to note is the price is a bit steep, especially to buy this product regularly.
★★★★★
Great texture!
I am always worried when I buy a new gluten free pasta that the texture isn’t going to be anything like regular pasta, but these were fantastic. I made the with our favorite pasta sauce and some cheese and the picky eaters in my family had no idea it was gluten free! It has a great bit to it and doesn’t fall apart, which is exactly what I was in a good pasta. I will definitely be buying these again!
★★★★★
Is this really GF?!!!
These noodles, packaged in a very cute and attractive pink box, cooked up to be firm and tender. They tasted very good and are on par with "regular" noodles that contain wheat flour. They did not disintegrate in the cooking water like other types of GF past can tend to do. I love these noodles and I love the eye catching pink box as well!
★★★★★
Excellent GF Pasta with sauce
I had this today. The cook time is much faster than gluten based pasta and I love that. I had this with a red sauce to try and it is excellent. I love the taste, the texture, the color, and the mouthfeel. I enjoyed this pasta more than I imagined. I also love the packaging. It is fun and cool, makes you want to cook food than get take out.
★★★★★
Great gluten free pasta
I really liked Goodles gluten free pasta. It cooked up nicely and tasted just like any pasta I've eaten. It had a nice texture to it and my family couldn't tell the difference between this and the noodles they usually eat. I love all the nutritional benefits that Goodles includes. So far I've loved every product from this company!
