Cultured Milk
Cultured Milk

An important ingredient in cheesemaking, cultured milk is milk that's been fermented with lactic acid bacteria. The fermentation process preserves freshness while enhancing taste and improving digestibility. There is evidence that fermented milk products have been produced since around 10,000 BC.

Disodium Phosphate
Disodium Phosphate

Making cheese would be difficult without disodium phosphate - the sodium salt derived from phosphate rock in the earth. It acts as an emulsifier that keeps fat and water from separating during the cheese-making process. This helps us get the richest and creamiest cheese possible. Disodium phosphate has been used in cheese production since 1895.

Annatto
Annatto

Annatto is another natural coloring, coming from the seeds of the achiote tree. It imparts a lovely orange color.

Paprika
Paprika

Nature is so colorful! There is NO reason to ever use artificial dyes! Paprika is extracted from the common sweet red pepper and provides a lovely red-orange color to cheese.

This ain't no standard "wheat flour"! Ours is a special flour that contains 10X more fiber than regular flour does. This particular fiber is extra special in that it is a resistant starch for prebiotic benefits like support for healthy blood sugar levels, gut health, immune health and more.

Chickpea Protein
Chickpea Protein

Chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, are part of the legume family. While they have become more popular recently, chickpeas have been grown in Middle Eastern countries for thousands of years. The protein from the chickpea flour is what we use to boost nutrition!

Wheat Protein
Wheat Protein

Wheat protein is fully natural in wheat. It's isolated from the wheat grain by a simple washing process. Our wheat protein gives Goodles an extra protein kick and helps to create that springy, bouncy chew!

Gluten-Free Pasta
Great Taste & Texture: The pasta cooked al dente with a nice firmness and didn’t fall apart. It had a slightly nuttier flavor but still worked well with tomato sauce and pesto.Healthy Alternative: Perfect for those with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. Many brands also add extra fiber and protein from ingredients like brown rice, quinoa, or chickpeas.Easy to Cook: Boiled just like regular pasta, no special tricks needed.Versatile: Works well in various recipes, from simple spaghetti dishes to baked pasta casseroles.
★★★
Not pasta
Tried GOODLES Gluten-Free Pasta and… meh. It cooks up fine with decent texture — not mushy or chalky like some gluten-free pastas. But flavor-wise, it’s pretty bland and forgettable. Nothing about it stands out or makes me want to reach for it again. It does the job if you need a gluten-free option, but don’t expect anything exciting. Solidly average — good enough to eat, not great enough to crave.
★★★★
Great substitute for regular pasta.
I'm not a gluten free person, but since I love pasta (and eat it at least once a week) I was happy to try this, because I like the Goodles brand. This did not disappoint! The texture was very nice, not too firm, not too soft. The flavor is hard to describe, maybe a bit nutty? I didn't love that, but once I added sauce, it was fine.
★★★★★
Another Goodles Win!
I am a huge fan of all pasta versions made by Goodles and this penne variety was no exception. With a family member who suffers from Celiac, having gluten-free pasta on hand is essential! Thus pasta is convenient and cooks to al-dente perfection. The best fit a quick, no hassle dinner!
★★★★
Gluten free is getting better
These are pretty good and I am so happy that over the years gluten free noodles are getting better. I did find it hard to hit the sweet spot in cooking. They are either a little undercooked or a little overcooked, but in general very good.
★★★★★
Creamy deliciousness
Goodles pasta is my family's new favorite pasta. I love it because of the great nutrition values and the different varieties. The pricing is affordable and easy to locate in stores. Easy instructions on the boxes make meal time so easy.
★★★★★
My kids couldn’t even tell a difference!
I am so excited to find a healthier pasta option my kids actually ate and enjoyed. No one even questioned the difference. I made my typical penne with red meat sauce and topped with cheese and everyone loved it! Including me.
★★★★★
Goodle quality but with gluten free benefits
I like the regular goodle paste and never tried the gluten free before, I am glad that social nature offers this gluten free option, it is chewy and tasty. I like the texture and taste, hard to believe it’s gluten free!
