We worked with our favorite little dairy in the Midwest to create a proprietary White Aged Cheddar Cheese. This one has just the right amount of nuttiness, tang and creaminess to satisfy the most discriminating cheddar lover.

Cultured Milk
Cultured Milk

An important ingredient in cheesemaking, cultured milk is milk that's been fermented with lactic acid bacteria. The fermentation process preserves freshness while enhancing taste and improving digestibility. There is evidence that fermented milk products have been produced since around 10,000 BC.

Disodium Phosphate
Disodium Phosphate

Making cheese would be difficult without disodium phosphate - the sodium salt derived from phosphate rock in the earth. It acts as an emulsifier that keeps fat and water from separating during the cheese-making process. This helps us get the richest and creamiest cheese possible. Disodium phosphate has been used in cheese production since 1895.

Annatto
Annatto

Annatto is another natural coloring, coming from the seeds of the achiote tree. It imparts a lovely orange color.

Paprika
Paprika

Nature is so colorful! There is NO reason to ever use artificial dyes! Paprika is extracted from the common sweet red pepper and provides a lovely red-orange color to cheese.

Wheat Flour

Chickpea Protein

Wheat protein is fully natural in wheat. It's isolated from the wheat grain by a simple washing process. Our wheat protein gives Goodles an extra protein kick and helps to create that springy, bouncy chew!

A MUST TRY!!!!
I was a little hesitant to try these since I want them to TASTE like mac and cheese! And booooy do they! They are so so so so yummy. We got the variety pack with plain noodles for our own recipes and the variety mac and cheese and I've used them all! The texture is good, a little harder than a normal noodle but not cardboard - totally not even a big deal when you think about the taste! but that is great for soup!!! The noodles we used in Minestrone soup, pesto pastas, and the boxes of man and cheese fill you up! And so so yummy!HIGHLY RECOMMEND, esp if you are on the fence! It is worth it!!

Tasty & healthy, a winning combination for sure!
I bought these to use as a substitute when I don't want to make my own pasta by hand. I use durum semolina wheat because it's healthier and helps with/is good for people with high cholesterol, which my boyfriend has. I was greatly impressed by both the flavor and texture. Even my boyfriend, who was extremely skeptical, thought they were delish! Tasty & healthy, a winning combination for sure!

A great pasta with no compromise
Goodles are by far the best __quote__healthy__quote__ pasta I've tried. The flavor and texture is excellent. In fact, they seem to hold a firm texture and resist overcooking better than many normal pastas. I definitely don't feel that I'm making any compromises when I eat Goodles. Looking forward to more mac and cheese flavors and more pasta shapes (like spaghetti!).

We’ve been eating goodles Mac
We’ve been eating goodles Mac and cheese for a few years now. I feel good about giving it to my boys and the taste no difference! We just bought the new goodles pasta and I was skeptical I served my kids the pasta with plain butter and they ate it right up, you have no idea there’s any difference from the taste but you know you’re eating something good for you!
★★★★★
Surprisingly good!
Healthy pasta usually tastes gross to me, but I had heard good things about Goodles. I was still skeptical, but they truly taste normal. I’d describe the flavor of the plain noodles as 60% regular pasta and 40% whole wheat pasta. Cute shapes. Appreciate the additional protein while still feeling like I’m just eating a bowl of delicious carbs.

Add to cart.
The new staple in our home. Great texture similar to traditional store bought pasta but with wait more nutrients. This is our go to for any pasta meal we make. Love all the noodle varieties-my kids love the crazy noodles-cavatappi or the “turtle shells”-screwballs and you can never go wrong with straight penne.

Solid choice for picky eaters
My wife has days when her stomach is just not in a happy place, and if you add to that the fact that she’s tried other brands of protein pasta before and hated it - it’s impressive that she can always count on this stuff to taste good and be easy on her stomach. Definitely a staple in our household!
